I have overwhelming evidence Internal Affairs fixed it for the NYPD that fixed it for Dr Andrew Fagelman's office.     When you want to report Internal Affairs Corruption you have to go to IAB who than goes and fixes it and that is what IAB did in my case.

fixing favors,  NYPD with IAB help altering 01 stats as well as fixing crime for Dr Fagelman's office and IAB cover up for posse of NYPD involved in fixing crime and preventing me from reporting Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint.

By the way what is the status on Internal Affair's male version of Dr. Fagelman's Delita Hooks Capt. Wright who as Delita Hooks verbal assault which started from behind a closed off reception desk escalated to as seen on the video "I will slap the crap out of you."  She lied going much further as did IAB Capt Wright so where is he today?   I wasn't Delita Hooks lover.  I was a patient that had $430 medical care and my arm was numb from 2 injections in to my elbow, 2 bags one heavy with an ipad on my left shoulder and my right hand I held my phone and I NEVER put down my bags and phone as she whaled away at me with an open hand, than a running punch to my eye, than grabbing my hair, ripping and pulling wrenching my hair and refusing to let go after I used her momentum grabbing her hair to get her to the ground trying to get her off my body and she further repeatedly violated my body putting her barefoot against my vaginal area.

Not fired and the NYPD and now I have overwhelming evidence IAB fixed this violent crime for all the NYPD involved.
