I was once an advocate that believe in good NYPD and building bridges and healing community relations but feel numb in shock to learn fully how corrupt Ray Kelly is with Campisi's IAB fixing a crime for Dr Andrew Fagelman who did not fire Delita Hooks who savagely attacked me for no reason and the nyod fixed it sealed her false cross complaint another crime and her forged medical report all with the goal to save her job and prevent her from being arrested and the NYPD and IAB fixed it like they get Viagra from the md.
As soon as w get a new Police Commissioner and head of IAB I will demand this case is re-opened.
I pray to G-d to testify against all involved including in front of a new Commission and the first to investigate Internal Affairs role as an agent of corruption.

Here me try and report Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint at the First Precinct after Sgt Chen via the phone who said Oh you are the one who got assaulted at the doctor's office and almost laughed in my face over the phone said I could report Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint.
When I came in a later they had made sure to prevent me from reporting the crime which they are not allowed to do.
Internal Affairs has never met with me to interview me and you can hear Sgt Mary O'Donnell above say case closed just like Lt Agnes wrote allowing Det John Vergona who should be in jail along with Delita Hooks and the other NYPD detectives and IAB officers involved in fixing this crime.
They all took an oath as NYPD officers and violated that oath as well as fixed a violent crime and in Det John Vergona's case he used coercion to threaten me with serious injuries which by the way are still on going.
